How we control aging?
What is aging?
When any one human being birth . after its birth aging starts ,according to research we cannot stop aging but we can slow this process . Food we must eat good food in a limited amount you divide your meal in three parts,
- for water
- for meal
- for air
In this way our abdomen will live in relax condition digestion process will also good.
For water
To avoid aging , we must use clean pure water at least 2 to 4 liter water drink daily and some minor changes depend on climate condition . It maintain our digestion system and maintain our skin moisturize in this way on our skin wrinkle making process will be slow and our whole body tissues perform their work properly as providing food particles to the nucleus .In this way our whole body works properly and any one can make his life good and healthy our whole body contains at least one third or fourth water .
For meal
To avoid aging , we must eat good food and fruits not use fast food which contains to much different type oil and more spicy because of fast food anyone's body gain over weight because of this face and body figure change in some not good . Try to eat fruits in their peak time ripping condition and all type of meal in limited condition and must take care when eat meat not drink milk .
For air
Fresh air is very good for good health , for this purpose we must go to morning walk in that time air is to much pure condition which is very good for our lungs . We also enjoy the natural music birds sounds in this way our mind feels so good and our mind power increases and we can perform our daily responsibilities happily . In the morning exercise is best for everyone .
